Easy Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles are the perfect treat for hot summer day! They're super quick and easy to make with only 4 ingredients and a popsicle mold.

Easy Strawberry Popsicles Recipe (with fresh or frozen strawberries)
Today's recipe is a fun one - popsicles!
Last summer I picked up a popsicle mold somewhere and started playing around with making homemade popsicles. Cold, creamy popsicles hit the spot on a hot day in the summer months. And not just for my toddler - I enjoy these, too! Now that the days are getting warmer (yay!), I'm coming back to this fun and easy recipe for homemade strawberry yogurt popsicles.
I'm making strawberry popsicles today, since frozen strawberries is what I have on hand, but you can use any berries. I also think peach popsicles would be delish:)
This is another of those recipes that's actually really easy (and you can control the ingredients), it just takes a little time.
So if you're looking for a fun summer treat (that's also budget friendly) try homemade strawberry popsicles!:)

Four Simple Ingredients
Yogurt - I like to use my own homemade raw milk yogurt for these, but any plain or vanilla yogurt is fine. Greek yogurt freezes nicer, so that's a good choice.
Strawberries - frozen or fresh strawberries. If using frozen strawberries like I am today, I definitely let them thaw first, so they blend nicely.
Maple syrup - this is optional, it just adds a little maple flavor and sweetness
Lemon juice - a little bit of lemon juice "brightens" the flavors!
Supplies You'll Need (and what we used!)
- Mixing bowl - actually I use my 4-cup Pyrex measuring cup. It works great for blending and pouring!
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Popsicle mold - ours is similar to this popsicle mold (but I am eyeing stainless-steel molds like these!). If you don't have a mold, you can also use an ice cube tray or paper or plastic cups for the mold and toothpicks, paper straws, skewers or actual popsicle sticks for the sticks.

Pour the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer.
Freeze for 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.
Pop the popsicles out of the molds (you might need to run the mold under water for a little!).

Enjoy!

How to Store Homemade Popsicles
After the popsicles are frozen you can pop them out and put them in an airtight container or ziploc bag. Popsicles can be stored in the freezer for a month (or more)!
Tips, Tricks and Notes on making homemade popsicles
- Taste the mixture! Before pouring into the molds, give it a taste and tweak to your liking.
- Greek yogurt freezes better (since the whey has been drained off and the water content is lower) so that means less ice crystals on your popsicles:) Though any vanilla or plain yogurt is fine.
- If you don't have a popsicle mold, you can also use an ice cube tray or paper or plastic cups for the molds and toothpicks or skewers for the sticks.
- Try different flavors! You can use any berries, or soft fruits like peaches, banana or kiwi.
