How to make THE BEST MONSTER COOKIES (simple gluten free recipe!)

Monster cookies are easy to make with basic pantry ingredients. They're even gluten free! (Check all your ingredients just to be sure.) Look out though, it's hard to eat just one!

Looking for the perfect seasonal cookie? Just add seasonal colored M&M's and these go with any theme, any season.

Make the dough.

Mix up the cookie batter! You don't need a Kitchenaid mixer, though it sure does make the process super easy.

Bake the cookies.

Use a cookie scoop (or spoon) to scoop the dough into balls and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350* for 12 minutes.

Let the cookies cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool. (And eat a warm cookie right away, if you wish!)

03  Cool the cookies.

And that's it!

After the cookies have cooled, place them in an airtight container, and store them in the cupboard, fridge, or freezer. Or, eat the monster cookies fresh!
