Marinate the chicken.

Put the chicken in a bag or dish with Italian dressing and let it marinate over night.

Assemble.

The next morning, rinse the rice and beans, then layer everything in a pan. You can use either bone-in or boneless skinless chicken!

Cover and bake!

Once you have all the ingredients layered in the pan, cover and let it bake slowly for 3 hours or so.

Dinner is hot and ready!

After baking for approximately 3 hours, the melt-in-your-mouth chicken and fluffy brown rice is ready!

Time to eat!

Gather the family together at the dinner table and enjoy a simple home-cooked-from-scratch meal!💛
